3. Account Management
3.1 To access the full functionality of our Website, you must create a personal account.
3.2 Your account must be registered under your own, accurate name. Only one account per person, per household/address, per phone number/email, and per IP address is permitted. Any additional accounts are considered "Duplicate Accounts". You must not attempt to open duplicate accounts, including through false or alternative credentials. If you open or attempt to open duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close some or all accounts without compensation and apply the following penalties:
- All actions performed using duplicate accounts are void
- Promotions participated in through duplicate accounts will be cancelled
- Winnings obtained through duplicate accounts are void, and processed withdrawals will be reversed and owed back to the Company
- Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed without reopening options
3.3 You must maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and not disclose them to third parties. You bear sole responsibility for all actions and transactions conducted through your account. Any party accessing your account with correct login credentials will be considered as you, and all transactions deemed valid and made by you. We shall not be liable for third-party account access or losses from unauthorized use; all such use is considered your own.
3.4 You must not sell, transfer, purchase, or acquire accounts. Any such attempt is null and void and constitutes a breach of these Terms. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, transfer of any assets of value including account ownership, winnings, deposits, bets, rights, and claims. The prohibition covers encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation, and gifting in cooperation with any third party, fiduciary, company, individual, foundation, or association.
3.5 Using another person's login credentials to access the Website is forbidden.
3.6 You must keep your account details current and immediately notify us of any changes to your registration information.
3.7 Account Closure: You may request account closure anytime by emailing Customer Support at [email protected], subject to these conditions:
- Accounts can only be closed with zero balance (positive or negative) and no pending withdrawal requests
- Closing an account with a positive balance or pending withdrawals will result in forfeiture of all funds
3.8 Self-Exclusion: Contact Customer Service at [email protected] for account closure assistance. You are responsible for notifying the Company of any other accounts you hold and refraining from opening new accounts. The Company is not liable for potential losses on other accounts or any damages potentially caused by gambling.
3.9 We reserve the right to deny account opening or close existing accounts without prior notice or justification.
4. Your Warranties
4.1 By opening an account and using our Website, you warrant that:
- You act on your own behalf
- You are a competent, law-abiding citizen
- You do not have a gambling addiction and do not use the Website under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances
- All registration data provided is true and accurate, and you will update it as needed
- You fully understand and accept the possibility of monetary loss while using our services
- You are not using illegally obtained funds
- You have not colluded and will not collude with other customers
- Payment methods used belong to you and are not stolen or lost. The Company reserves the right to close your account and void winnings if we reasonably suspect violation of this warranty
4.2 By opening an account, you warrant you have never previously registered another account or received money through another person's account.
4.3 By opening an account, you warrant you have provided true and complete information as requested in the registration form.
5. Identity Verification and Additional Checks
5.1 You must provide all information we request to manage your account, verify your identity, or confirm the source of deposited funds. This includes (but is not limited to) certified ID, proof of residence, proof of payment method ownership, and transaction histories including bank or credit/debit card statements.
5.2 We may, at our sole discretion, use any additional procedures to verify your identity, age, residence, and other circumstances (KYC), both before and after deposits or withdrawals.
5.3 You must provide requested documents within 30 days. We reserve the right to withhold payments and/or suspend your account until documents are provided, and permanently close accounts if documents are not provided timely. We typically verify documents within 10 days after receiving complete information, though additional time may be required depending on case complexity.
5.4 We may use recognized third-party providers for verification checks, including authorized credit reference agencies, identity verification services, and fraud prevention software. Personal details may be shared with such parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.5 By accepting these Terms, you agree we are entitled to conduct additional security checks to verify account information and activity, including verification via phone calls, face verification, or other required methods to confirm your identity.
6. Account Balance, Deposits, and Withdrawals
6.1 By opening an account, you agree that financial operations will be processed directly by the Company, a payment system operator, and/or a Company-designated third party.
6.2 Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through your chosen payment system (among those available on the Website). Wherever possible, withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for deposits. You must use payment services according to rules imposed by respective providers.
6.3 Account balance is not a bank balance and is not subject to insurance, asset-backing, or guarantees. Deposits and active balances do not earn interest.
6.4 By depositing, you authorize the Company to debit from your balance any fines or dues related to your activity as provided by these Terms or applicable law. You agree to avoid chargebacks, deposit annulments, and to compensate the Company for chargeback-related costs.
6.5 The Company reserves the right to define minimum and maximum deposit amounts at its discretion.
6.6 Refund Policy:
6.6.1 The Company generally offers no refunds for deposited funds. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, including technical problems with our Website or payment instruments.
6.6.2 No refund can be performed after deposits (or associated bonuses) have been used to place bets.
6.6.3 To request a refund, contact Customer Support within 24 hours of the transaction. We will respond within 10 business days. All refunds are at our sole discretion.
6.6.4 We reserve the right to withhold refunds or reverse transactions until player identity is adequately established. You agree to provide identity documents (passport, driving license, ID card) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, rental agreement) if requested, as well as payment method verification. If documentation is not provided within 30 days, the refund will not be processed, your account will be closed, and you will forfeit all funds. This decision is final and not subject to appeal.
6.6.5 For credit card funded accounts, we reserve the right to pay withdrawal requests up to the total deposited amount as refunds against purchases made.
6.6.6 If credit card purchases carry unacceptable security or legal risks per our processors or KYC department, the Casino will initiate refunds for all such transactions and notify appropriate authorities.
6.6.7 When performing refunds, all bonuses and winnings will be deducted before calculating the refund amount.
6.7 You can withdraw winnings by submitting valid withdrawal requests. We process all requests according to our withdrawal rules described in these Terms.
6.8 Minimum funds rollover before withdrawal is X1 (one). If wagering (amount of placed bets) is less than the deposit amount, we reserve the right to cancel all winnings and retain a 10% commission (minimum 0.50 EUR) of the last deposit as payment expenses, and 15% commission if your account was funded via bank card or bank transfer. Exception: For Japan, Live Casino games have a minimum rollover of X5 (five) before withdrawal.
6.9 You agree the Company reserves the right to cancel any withdrawal if you are suspected of fraud, collusion, or illegal activity.
6.10 The Company will attempt to accommodate your payment method preferences, but use of your preferred method cannot be guaranteed. The Company may process payments using payment systems different from those requested.
6.11 All withdrawals are processed according to monthly withdrawal limits and considering the customer's VIP status.
6.12 Customer VIP level is determined by activity during the 90 calendar days prior to withdrawal request submission and may change depending on the ratio of deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses received. Customers inactive for one month are automatically lowered to the lowest level.
6.13 Customers may have a maximum of 3 pending withdrawals at any time.
6.14 The Company reserves the right to make payments according to individual schedules, set minimum and maximum transaction amounts, and define transaction timeframes, which may vary by withdrawal method, account level, or other relevant factors.
6.15 Withdrawal requests are processed by the Financial Department within 96 business hours after request submission and/or 96 business hours after the last withdrawal was paid, provided all conditions are met and checks completed as outlined in these Terms. Financial Department processes requests from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday-Friday. You acknowledge and agree with this withdrawal schedule. After Financial Department processing, any further payment delays are not the Company's responsibility.
6.16 The Company may delay withdrawal processing to perform checks of your identity, account balance, source of funds, and Terms compliance. In such cases, the Company may initiate and/or participate in investigations, and you agree to provide support and assistance. The Company reserves the right to postpone payments until all verification procedures and checks are successfully completed.
6.17 The Company maintains customer funds separately from its own funds in dedicated client bank accounts. This ensures funds held in customer accounts remain secure in case of insolvency. In the event of our insolvency, your funds are protected and will be returned to you.
6.18 Accounts with no login activity for 180 days will be considered "Inactive Accounts". Each month, we may charge 5 EUR as an administration fee while the account remains inactive. We reserve the right to change the monthly administrative fee at our discretion without notice. If account balance is less than 5 EUR, the entire amount will be charged. When balance reaches zero, no more administrative fees apply.
6.19 In case of software malfunctions or erroneous financial transactions, the Company has the right to write off incorrectly accrued funds from customer accounts and undertakes to refund incorrectly written off amounts or amounts not accrued due to technical problems within 30 days from detection.
6.20 If the Company has mistakenly credited your account with funds that do not belong to you (due to technical error, human error, or other error), this amount is considered Company property and will be deducted from your account. If you withdraw funds that do not belong to you before the error is noticed, the mistakenly paid amount is considered your debt to the Company. In the event of inaccurate balance replenishment, you must immediately notify the Company via email.
6.21 Transferring funds between customers in any form is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to block all accounts involved in transfers, deduct any winnings, and report such activity to relevant authorities.
6.22 At any time, the Company is authorized to write off your positive balance to credit amounts you owe to the Company.
7. Bonuses and Promotions
7.1 We may periodically offer promotional incentives including bonus funds, free spins, loyalty points, and other special offers (referred to as "Bonuses" or "Promotions"). Some promotions require a deposit (the "Associated Deposit") of a defined minimum amount for eligibility. Such promotions have their own terms and conditions in addition to these General Terms. These are listed in relevant Website sections. In case of issues regarding promotion conditions, the specific promotion's terms prevail over these General Terms.
7.2 Any bonus offer is limited to one per person, family, household address, telephone number, personal or shared computer (e.g., school, public library, workplace), and personal or shared IP address.
7.3 We reserve the right to deny bonuses to any customer, reject bonuses, cancel promotion participation, and permanently or temporarily ban customers or customer groups from the promotion program at our sole discretion. In disputes regarding promotions (including eligibility, use, abuse, fair play, winnings calculation, and wagering requirements), the Company's decision is final and non-negotiable.
7.4 Residents of Excluded Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or participate in any promotion.
7.5 All promotions are restricted for residents of Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia, and Malaysia.
7.6 All bonuses have wagering requirements, meaning you must bet a certain amount before withdrawing winnings. This requirement is expressed as a multiplier applicable to the bonus amount, bonus plus associated deposit amount, or winnings derived from the promotion (depending on specific promotion terms). For example, a wagering requirement of X5 (five) means you must bet five times the respective amount. Wagering requirements for each promotion are listed in relevant Website sections and in these Terms.
7.7 Different games contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements:

7.11 You will first wager your real money balance. Once real money balance is fully wagered, you will begin wagering your bonus balance.
7.12 Wagering requirements must be met within 10 days for Casino bonuses and 30 days for Sports bonuses after bonus receipt. Once this period expires, the available bonus and any derived winnings will be voided.
7.13 Customers attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements will have their bonus balance and all derived winnings voided.
7.14 Once full wagering requirements are met, respective bonus funds and derived winnings will be released to the real money wallet and available for withdrawal according to our withdrawal rules.
7.15 If you receive no-deposit free spins, your winnings from this promotion are capped at 80 EUR, in addition to wagering requirements of X40 (forty) on derived winnings.
7.16 Any no-deposit casino bonus has wagering requirements of X40 (forty). Such bonuses have a maximum withdrawal limit of X5 (five) the bonus amount received. For example, a 20 EUR no-deposit bonus has a maximum withdrawal limit of 100 EUR. Winnings above 100 EUR are not eligible for withdrawal and will be voided and removed from account balance at withdrawal stage.
7.17 All withdrawals are subject to audit, gameplay review, and account verification processes.
7.18 Our bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes only. If bonuses or deposits are not used as intended (for casual betting and playing), we deem such actions a violation of these Terms.
7.19 Promotion abuse is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any minimum risk strategies, such as low-risk roulette bets (bet combinations covering 24 or more of 37 unique spots)
- Placing individual bets greater than 5 EUR before wagering is met
- Moving from low-weighted or un-weighted games to high-weighted games after large wins to clear wagering requirements
- Moving from high-risk to low-risk betting after big wins to clear wagering requirements
- Two-tier betting
- Playing games with active bonuses to build value, converting the bonus, then cashing out accumulated value (e.g., starting and delaying game rounds, bonus features, and completing them after meeting wagering requirements, losing a bonus, or with subsequent deposits)
- Other strategies taking advantage of software bugs or failures, or any activity we deem abusive at our sole discretion
7.20 If you engage in promotion abuse, fraud, or manipulation, this constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, and in addition to other available remedies, we reserve the right to void all promotions you participated in, void and confiscate all derived winnings, and prevent your future promotion participation.
8. Placing Bets and Gambling
8.1 When placing bets, you are responsible for checking that all bet details are correct.
8.2 Once a bet is placed, you cannot cancel it. We reserve the right to deny or cancel any bet at our sole discretion.
8.3 You accept and agree that game results on the Website are determined by a Random Number Generator and you accept results of all such games. You agree that in the event of discrepancy between the result appearing on your screen and the game server utilized by the Website, the game server result prevails. You agree that our records are sole and sufficient evidence determining the terms and circumstances of your participation in online gambling activities and results of such participation.
8.4 We are not liable for any losses or damages potentially caused by gambling.
8.5 In case of disagreement regarding bets or winnings, the Company's decision is final and not negotiable.
10. Limitations of Liability

10.3 Neither the Company, software providers, nor any affiliates or connected parties accept liability for any losses, expenses, or harm that are supposed or actual consequences of:
- Any error you made entering incorrect information
- Any fraud, false, or misleading activity
- The Company's decision not to accept your deposit, refuse account opening, or suspend or close your account
- Any delay in receiving or accepting deposits or holding withdrawals to complete identity and other checking procedures
- Using your account for purposes that may be considered illegal under applicable legislation
- Operations and transactions conducted after correct input of your username and password
- Any unauthorized use of data connected to you or your account
- Inability to use the Website or absence of access for any reason
- Any action or transaction performed by a third party using your username and password
- Low quality or lack of Website access
